Chandubi is a natural lagoon located 64 km from Guwahati, the capital of Assam. The lake is surrounded by lush vegetation and is rich in aquatic biodiversity. Every year, it serves as a haven for many migratory birds. Chandubi has become a popular picnic spot renowned for its scenic beauty, attracting numerous tourists. The major plants are Nymphaea rubra, Grasses, Algae, Trapa sp., etc.
